Current Opportunities:
Microsoft Dynamics Senior CRM Consultant
This position is for an IMMEDIATE need for a senior level position within the MBS team. The ideal candidate will have a background in designing/developing specifications, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Duties will vary from project to project – such as communicating effectively with clients, analyzing client business needs and then translating into solution design, completing documentation, conducting testing and training, providing post implementation support and more.
This position can be a contract (project/temporary), contract-to-hire, or full time position and there is no immigration sponsorship available for this position. Projects are going on across the country and relocation may not be required for this position. Moderate, overnight business travel will be required. Responsibilities:
This includes but is not limited to:
- Direct participation in the full implementation lifecycle of CRM including business requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, training, documentation and post implementation support
- Create customized/modified workflows, entities, reports, etc to meet client’s business needs
- Completes other project/client tasks such as data conversion activities, custom report development, preparing & executing test plans, and facilitating user testing
- Design and integrate CRM with other applications for efficient data flow, business processes, etc
- Researches alternative solutions (when appropriate) and brings well thought out proposals to management
- Understands and follows project standards
- Develops and applies knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Provides post-implementation functional and technical support to clients
- Researches issues, provides recommendations, and escalates issues as appropriate
- Receives issues that are complex in nature with multiple points of investigation, resolution paths, etc
- Works with management to keep projects on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines
- Completes accurate and professional documentation such as solution designs, test plans, solution specifications/scope documents, end user and technical training materials, and more
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Technical Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related field
- Applicants will be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements related to the clearance process
- 5+ years of combined consulting/external IT solution deployment experience with 3+ years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (XRM) solutions including CRM 4.0, CRM 2011, SQL Server, JavaScript, SSRS report development, .NET and/or SQL Scripting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Currently certified in Dynamics CRM – valid exams/certifications include:
- MB2-632: CRM 4.0 Applications
- MB2-631: CRM 4.0 Customization and Configuration
- MB2-633: CRM 4.0 Installation and Deployment
- Experience with SharePoint is not required but valued

Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer
Now recruiting... our next successful and empowered Software Engineer for our Seattle, WA location.
Products to be Supported:
- Dynamics GP
- Dynamics CRM
- SharePoint 2010
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Responsibilities:
This includes but is not limited to:
- Meet with clients/consultants to gather requirements for customizations, integrations, reporting and workflows. Prepare functional specifications with estimated project hours and timelines.
- Design and write customization, integration, report or workflow with appropriate tool/technology
- Perform internal testing and lead conference room pilot with the client.
- Document and coordinate deployment/go live.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to client.
- Works with management to keep projects on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Information Technology or related.
- 2-4 years of experience with HTML/XML, ASPX, Silverlight, Visual Studio .NET, InfoPath and Dynamics GP Dexterity
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server & SSRS
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Microsoft certifications for SQL, VB.NET, ASP.NET and Windows Server/Workstation OS
- Microsoft SharePoint 2010 experience is highly valued
- Microsoft Dynamics GP customization skills using Dexterity
